Contest Rules

• Contest runs from 12:00 AM CST 1/1/2024 to 11:59 PM CST 1/31/2024

• Prizes: Top 3 points earner receives choice of product from Working On Wellness Foundation Zazzle Store (https://www.zazzle.com/store/working_on_wellness): Top point earner choice of product up to $30 in value; Second highest point earner choice of product up to $20 in value; Third highest point earner choice of product up to $15 in value.

• Only one complete contest entry per email address. 

• Only valid email addresses that are able to receive email will be eligible for prizes.

• Only subscribers to our weekly email will be eligible for prizes.

• Subscribers must remain active and be able to receive emails from maryellen@workingonwellnessfoundation.org until prizes have been awarded, verified, and delivered (estimated date: 3/31/2024).

• Winners must reside in the USA or one of its territories and provide an address capable of receiving product delivery.

• We reserve the right to invalidate points or entire entries dependent upon verification of supporting information (for example, verifying that your YouTube userid has viewed, liked, and commented upon a video).

• List of winners will be available by email request to maryellen@workingonwellnessfoundation.org after 3/31/2024.

• The board members of Working On Wellness Foundation, Inc. are not eligible to receive prizes.
